    • By using this Site, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as the Site’s Terms of Use. If you choose to block our cookies, however, you will not be able to benefit from some of our services including personalization.     MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND WEBSITE

    • When you download or use our mobile application or mobile website, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device. This information may include the type of mobile device you use, the temporary or persistent unique device identifier (UDID) placed by us or our service providers, the unique identifier assigned by Sel-Kuth to your device, the IP address of your device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile web browser you use, and data from the way you use our mobile application/website.

    • Our mobile application/website may also collect information about the location of your device. Your device should require you to provide permission before our mobile application/website obtains location information from technologies like GPS, Wi-Fi, and/or cell towers. We and our service providers may use this information, along with other information submitted by you, to provide you with location-based services like local store information, search results, special offers, and other personalized content.

    • Most mobile devices allow users to disable location services by using controls located in the device's settings menu. If you have questions about how to disable your device's location services, please contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer. You may also stop collection of information by our mobile application by uninstalling the mobile application using the standard uninstall process available as part of your mobile device.

    • If you uninstall our mobile application from your device, the unique Sel-Kuth identifier associated with your device may continue to be stored. If you re-install our mobile application on the same device, Sel-Kuth may be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions.

    SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS AND SINGLE SIGN-ON SERVICES

    • This Site uses third party social media widgets such as buttons or similar mechanisms from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google. Such third party features may collect information about you, like your IP address and the page(s) you visit on the Site. They may also place cookies on your device. These social media widgets are either hosted by a third party or by our Site. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the third party social media networks that provide them.

    CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE

    • Sel-Kuth works to protect your personal information and credit card detail when you shop with us online. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology - the industry standard - to encrypt the personal information and credit card detail you provide during the order process. We also urge you to protect your own privacy. We recommend that you do not share your Site password(s) with anyone.
      While our Site strives to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, Sel-Kuth cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party hackers from illegally obtaining this information.

Please allow sufficient time for your request to be processed. It may take up to 10 days to process an email opt-out request, and 4-6 weeks for other requests. Please be aware that, even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may still contact you for transactional purposes. For example, we may contact you for order fulfillment purposes, customer service purposes, appointment reminders, or product recalls.

    HOW TO UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION

    • You may enter and update your contact information after logging in to your account on our Site.

    YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

    • If you are a California resident and a Sel-Kuth customer, under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, you have the right to request information from us once per calendar year regarding the customer information we share with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. To request this information, please send an email to hello@selkuth.com with 'Request for California Privacy Information' in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you via an email response. Please allow 30 days for our response. Please be informed that we are required to respond to only one request per customer each year, and not to respond to requests made by means other than via this email.

    • Also, if you are a California resident under 18 years old and a registered user of the Site, you can request us that content or information that you have posted to our Site be removed. Please however be informed that responding to your request may not ensure complete or thorough removal from our Site (e.g., due to any reposting of content or information). To request removal of content or information, please contact us at the email or mail address above.

    • All prices are listed in USD.

    • We offer ground shipping within all 50 U.S. states, with free shipping available when applicable. Additional postage is required for U.S. territories and international addresses.

    • Please note that not all shipping methods are available for every address or item.

    SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

    • Once your order has been scanned and accepted by USPS, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

    • If your order has not been received within 14 days of your tracking information being issued, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

  • RETURN POLICY

    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will review your case to determine the best resolution.

    INCORRECT ITEMS

    • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

    • We will provide a return label for the incorrect item and send out the correct product once the return is in process.

    SNKRSTIX COLLECTION

    • All items in the SNKRSTIX collection are made to order.

    • If there is an error with your order, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue accordingly.

  • ONLINE BOOKINGS

    • To secure your appointment, a $30 booking deposit is required.

    • This deposit will be credited toward your total service at checkout.

    CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

    We understand that things come up.

    • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

    • Cancellations made within 1 hour of your appointment, or failure to show, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

    SERVICE SELECTION

    • Each appointment is booked with intention and time set aside specifically for your selected service.

    • To stay on schedule for all clients, we’re only able to perform the service that was originally booked. Any changes requested upon arrival may require additional fees or a full reschedule, depending on availability.

    PRICING & SERVICES

    • Services and pricing may be updated at any time to reflect the studio’s offerings.

    RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES

    • We’re committed to creating a respectful, comfortable space for everyone in the studio. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

  • CREATIVE EXPERIENCE / EVENT BOOKINGS

    • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will be applied toward your total balance.

    • Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received.

    Each experience is designed with intention and may vary in setup, materials, and overall offering.

    PRICING & STRUCTURE

    • All PLEI. experiences require a minimum booking of $150, which includes up to 6 guests.

    • Experiences are offered in 2-hour or 4-hour service windows.​​

    • Full pricing details will be provided at the time of inquiry.

      • Additional guests, extended time, and add-ons are available at an additional cost

      • Pricing may vary depending on the selected experience, package, or tier

    PAYMENT TERMS

    • The remaining balance must be paid prior to your scheduled event.

    • Final guest count and total will be confirmed ahead of your booking. Any additions must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

    CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

    We understand that plans can shift.

    • All deposits are non-refundable

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of your event may be subject to additional fees up to the full booking amount

    • Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability

    GUEST COUNT

    • A minimum booking of 6 guests is required.

    • Final guest count must be confirmed prior to your event. Additional guests must be approved in advance and are not guaranteed day-of.

    SETUP & SERVICE

    • Each booking includes a dedicated setup and service window within your reserved time.

    • Hosts are responsible for providing adequate space and timely access for setup. Delays may shorten the service window.

    CUSTOMIZATION

    • All PLEI. experiences are creatively led and may include custom elements.

    • Details, materials, and personalization must be confirmed prior to your event. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
